Final pricing may change after an on-site review based on volume, weight, material type, access, stairs, labor, travel, disposal costs, and other job conditions. Work begins only after the customer accepts the final scope and price.

Items We May Decline

DMZ Junk Removal may decline hazardous, prohibited, unsafe, excessively heavy, or undisclosed materials. Customers are responsible for accurately describing items and confirming they have authority to remove them.

Scheduling

Appointment times and same-day availability are subject to weather, traffic, landfill operations, equipment, prior jobs, and other conditions.
